Whether you are a parent/carer, or member of the public, reception will be able to assist with enquiries and can advise you on who is the most appropriate member of staff to deal with the matter raised. Office hours are 8.15am - 4.30pm Monday to Thursday, 3:30pm Friday during term time equating to a total of 40.25 hours per week.

Enquiries will be dealt with as soon as possible. Please remember teaching staff are, for the majority of the time, teaching lessons and immediate response is not always possible. Subject Enquiries: If your enquiry is about a specific subject please contact your child's classroom teacher or the Subject Leader via reception.

Pastoral Enquiries: If your enquiry is about a pastoral matter please contact your child's tutor or their SAFE Manager in the first instance.

You can also contact your child’s Key Stage Leader for additional support or guidance. They are available to help with any pastoral, academic, or general concerns related to your child’s experience at school.
